This website is operated by Amaura Ltd who's trading name is Amaura London a company registered in England and Wales under Amaura Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Amaura Ltd. Amaura Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

5.1 Payment Terms
5.1.1 Payments
a) We only accept credit card and debit card payments, or payments through Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. You must provide us with valid payment information in connection with your orders.
b) By providing us with your payment information, you agree that (i) We are authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us hereunder, (ii) We are authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with our third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
c) You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your payment information.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5.1.2 Change in pricing
We reserve the right at any time to change our prices and billing methods without notice. If payment cannot be charged to your payment card or your payment is returned for any reason, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for services or products.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services.
5.2 Orders
5.2.1 Order Acceptance
- a) Any order you submit to us constitutes an offer to purchase.
- b) If you do not receive a message from us confirming receipt of your order, please contact us at hello@amauralondon.com before re-entering your order. The confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
- c) We are only deemed to have accepted your order once the products you ordered have been shipped.
- d) We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
5.2.2 Confirmation of order
Once your order has been placed, the summary order details will be displayed. You should print or save this page for your records.
5.2.3 Order processing
- a) Before your order can be processed, we will request some personal information from you during checkout. These may include name, shipping address, telephone number and financial information including credit card number and expiration date.
- b) This information is for billing purposes only and to fulfil your orders. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
- c) We require that you review and consent to our Terms and Conditions before placing order.
5.2.4 Order Issues
Although we strive to accept all valid orders, we reserve the right to deny any order for any reason, including if: (i) we discover an error in pricing and/or other information about the Product or receive insufficient or erroneous billing, payment, and/or shipping information, (ii) we suspect an order has been placed using stolen payment card information or otherwise appears to be connected to fraud, or (iii) the ordered item(s) or service is unavailable due to discontinuance or otherwise. We may also refuse any order that is connected with a previous payment dispute.
Personalised Orders can not be retuned unless they are faulty as defined by the terms identified in this policy.
5.2.5 Order Cancellation
5.2.5.1 Order Cancellation policy
- a) Orders can only be cancelled before they is dispatched for delivery. You can notify us by email at hello@amauralondon.com.
- b) We reserve the right, if any product is discontinued or otherwise becomes unavailable to (i) cancel your order and provide you a refund for the amount paid for the Product (ii) substitute the product with a similar product or (iii) issue you a pro-rata refund.
5.3 Refund Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 working days from delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our returns policy here.
6.0 Website
6.1 Registration
6.1.1 To purchase items from us, you must first register with us and then follow the set out ordering procedures on the relevant order page.
6.1.2 Your Account is for you only and on no account should you share your account details (username and password) with any other person or with multiple users on a network.
6.1.3 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
6.2 Buying from our website
6.2.1 Details of the prices for the products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on or through our website. The price of any product is the price in use at the time and date of your order.
6.2.2 You agree that all information provided for the purpose of purchasing items from our website are correct, and that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any product purchased.
6.2.3 We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
6.2.4 We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
6.3 Promotions or Offers
6.3.1 From time to time Amaura Ltd run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. We refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers". All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order on-line. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:
6.3.2 They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
6.3.3 They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
6.3.4 They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website or in stores, they cannot be used outside of that period;
6.3.5 They are not valid on gift boxes or delivery.
6.3.6 If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;
6.3.7 All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

6.4 Discount Codes
6.4.1 All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, and gift packaging and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
6.4.2 The offer code must be entered in to the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
6.4.3 Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
6.4.4 Items already reduced in price, displaying a 'Was' and 'Now' price are also excluded from voucher offers.
6.5 Copyright, license, limitation of use
6.5.1 Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all contents included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, manuals, audios and videos are properties of Amaura Ltd and is protected by copyright trademark and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive limited license to Amaura Ltd, and to use our website strictly in accordance with these terms. Nothing contained in the site shall be interpreted as conferring by implication or otherwise, any license, other than the above-mentioned, or right to any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary interest of the site or any third party.

- a) You consent to exclusively access the content for your private, non-commercial use.
